By using Tutur ("tutur.ai"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2Description of Service
Tutur is an educational application that provides AI-powered tutoring assistance for children ages 4-12, under parental supervision and consent. The service includes a mobile app for children and a web dashboard for parents.
3Parental Responsibility
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for creating accounts, providing consent, and supervising their child's use of the app. Children under 13 may not create accounts independently.
4Educational Disclaimer
Tutur is a supplementary educational tool and not a replacement for teachers, schools, or professional tutors. AI responses may occasionally contain errors. We encourage children to verify answers with their teachers.
5Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Tutur — including the AI tutor, curriculum content, and user interface — are owned by Tutur and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6Limitation of Liability
Tutur is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any educational outcomes, inaccurate AI responses, or damages arising from use of the service.
